You can order our products directly via our on-line shopping cart using your AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD and VISA credit cards. We also accept PAYPAL and E-CHECKS. We can also accept credit cards over the phone. You can also order directly by mail and pay by including your certified check or money order. Most orders are shipped same day but sometimes it may be necessary to ship within 2-3 working days from placement of order. Orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and some heavier items may be shipped by UPS Ground if necessary. Delivery time are normally 2-3 work days (Iowa 1-2 days) but may vary with your location. Be aware that if you place an order with a shipping address or billing address which does not verify with your credit card company, you will be contacted for additional information and your order may be delayed. Iowa residents add 7% state sales tax. Other states, no sales tax will be added to your order.
Any errors in merchandise on our part will be completely refunded or replaced at our expense. Notify us by e-mail at email@example.com and we will respond as soon as possible. Regular returns may be charged a 15% restocking fee and must be in resalable condition. No returns allowed on special orders or any merchandise that was installed or shows signs of wear, damage or been modified. Parts that are disassembled or modified voids all warranties. No returns on ELECTRICAL components (Including but not limited to, switches, coils, points, condensers, regulators, electronic components, etc..) Starters and alternators can be return if you ordered the wrong item as long as it has not been installed. No restocking charge will be applied to starters or alternators returned if the correct replacement is reordered. No returns on paper manuals, catalogs, all printed material. On all other items No Return Authorization needed, simply send the item back, with a copy of the Invoice. All items should be returned Value Insured via a traceable carrier. If the item is lost in transit to us, no credit will be issued. The items must be paid for by the carrier that lost them. No returns after 30 days.
Items temporarily out of stock are automatically shipped when available unless you indicate no backorders. You will be notified of any backorder situations and can respond as to cancel if you wish.
The components within a kit are sold together at an attractive price and customers cannot be issued a credit for the return of individual components which were sold as part of a kit. Similar situations would be overhaul kits, engine kits, valve train kits, bearing kits, etc. Incorrect parts may be returned for exchange and we will rectify any errors as quickly as possible.
Indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the merchandise. Keep the shipping carton and hold the goods. Call 1-641-484-3007 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. You must report damaged goods or shortages within 10 days of invoice.
Iowa Motor Parts values its customers and respects their privacy. We will not sell or give the information you provide to us online to anyone. All information will be kept confidential and secure. The information we collect, we use to process your order, to send you e-mailís, to confirm your order and to contact you via phone, postal mail or e-mail, if we have other questions regarding your order.
As prices are always changing, Iowa Motor Parts reserves the right to change prices if necessary. If this situation should ever happen, you will be notified before shipment is made. You will then be able to cancel the order if you wish. There will be no hidden costs surprises!! Standard shipping charges are listed on every page in left column and are based on order amount.
